Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 Catamaran for Charter : San Diego
The Lucia 40 is in the style of the bigger sister ship the Helia 44, so a very suitable and solid replacement for the Mahe and Lipari, inline with the advances FP has made in design over the last few years.
The Lucia 40 has many of the features similar to the Helia 44, such as outstanding light and airy look and feel throughout the cat, and a vast walk-through cockpit area with space for 8 people to sit around the central table. This is a boat made for entertaining and play time, with tremendous space in her under-40 foot length. And she sails like a witch.
FP Lucia 40 Exterior:
The open, flat and easily accessible fordeck includes bow pulpit seats ideal for whale watching underway. Aft you will find an open cockpit lounge area with table that easily seats six. Emerging from the water after a swim, guests will appreciate the hot/cold transom shower. The helm is well organized, with all lines leading aft for easy control.
FP Lucia 40 Interior:
The owner’s version of the Lucia 40 includes two cabins on port that share a head with separate shower compartment. The entire starboard hull is a dedicated owner’s suite with built in desk, 3/4 walk around bunk, and spacious and separate head and shower spaces. Truly deluxe. The saloon area includes expansive seating around a coffee table, ideal for entertaining and lounging while meals are being prepared in the fully equipped galley with double drawer refrigerators.
